A collaboration of 2 firms viz Kashikar Constructions Pvt Ltd. and A.K. Construction Co., Kashikar Realty specialises in building construction and has undertaken works as a developer and contractor for numerous builders throughout Mumbai/Thane.
Since our founding, we’ve worked with numerous developers throughout Mumbai. Great service begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals, which is why we put so much consideration into selecting only the best to join our team. We complete projects efficiently and on schedule, and go above and beyond to form lasting relationships with our clients.

This is our development wing and is currently developing Primus Business Park, which is a upcoming commercial building being developed in the heart of Thane city. The construction for the project is in full swing and is scheduled for completion in November 2019.

Our principle contracting firm,
KCPL is currenly working on residential projects for Soham Real Estate and Tropical World in Thane.
We have taken the role of contractors for multiple medium/large sized commercial and residential projects.
